Terms & Conditions – Hespa

Product Stock Availability

If a product is unavailable or out of stock after ordering, Hespa will offer:

  • Replacement with a similar BIS-certified product, or

  • Refund to the original payment method, only if replacement is not possible.

We request customers to always check product availability shown on the website before ordering.


Warranty Coverage


Charger Adapters: 6 months standard warranty (extendable to 9 months upon registration)
Cables & converters: Manufacturing defect warranty only
Other accessories: As specified on product page


Return / Replacement Request Rules

To register a valid complaint, the customer must contact Hespa Support before returning via:

  • Call / WhatsApp: 8826643579

  • Email: support@gohespa.com

 

For a return or replacement to be processed, customer must share:

  • Clear product photos (front & back)

  • 30-second minimum testing or issue video (if applicable)

  • Invoice or order number

  • Reason for return

If required details are not provided, the request may be delayed or rejected.


Customer Responsibility for Compatibility

Converters, chargers, cables, and accessories are universal in most cases, but the customer must still verify:

  • Device model support

  • Connector compatibility

  • Charging wattage requirement

Hespa will not be responsible if a product is incompatible due to:

  • Wrong selection by customer

  • Not checking product details before ordering


Shipping & Return Charges

  • Return shipping cost must be paid by customer

  • Reverse pickup (if available in pincode) → ₹99 to ₹144 depending on local courier partner service

  • If no pickup service is available, customer must self-ship the product

Replacement or warranty repair will begin only after product reaches our warehouse safely.

Hespa is not responsible for:

  • Return shipment lost in transit

  • Courier fake marked delivered

  • Shipment delayed or stuck by courier company
    In these cases, the customer must contact the courier company directly.

 


Order Processing & Delivery Time

Order Processing Time: 1-2 Business Days.
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 02:00 PM (IST) will be processed on the same day.


No Warranty for Certain Items

Warranty is not applicable for:

  • Body housings, audio connectors, SIM trays

  • Decorative, beauty, or home-use accessories

  • Items physically damaged after delivery


Customer Behavior Policy

Hespa encourages respectful communication. We do not accept:

  • Violent or abusive language

  • Threatening messages or offensive content

  • Harassment through repeated calls or messages

Such behavior is a violation of our service rules, and our legal team may take action if necessary.


Fraud & Misuse Warning

Hespa reserves the right to:

  • Cancel suspicious orders

  • Reject false or unverified claims

  • Take necessary action for fraud or policy misuse


Partial COD Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

  • If order is not shipped → Advance amount refundable within 3 working days

After Shipment

  • Cancellation not possible

  • Advance amount non-refundable if customer cancels after dispatch or return is created without approval


Damage Alert Rules Before Accepting Package

If package looks:

  • Already opened

  • Tape or seal damaged

  • Dusty or crushed from outside

Then:

  • Do not accept the package

  • Make an unboxing video if accepted by mistake

  • Report to Hespa Support within 12 hours
