Hespa Product Warranty Policy
At Hespa, we are committed to quality. Our chargers are designed to provide reliable and fast charging. Below are the terms and conditions of our warranty coverage.
1. Warranty Period & Extension
We offer a two-tier warranty structure for our Charger Adapters:
Standard Warranty (6 Months): All Hespa charger adapters come with a standard 6-Month Warranty from the original date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects without any need for registration.
Premium Extended Warranty (Total 9 Months): You can extend your warranty by an additional 3 Months (making it a total of 9 Months) for free.
How to Qualify: To unlock the extra 3 months, you must register your product on our website (gohespa.com/warranty-registration) within 30 days of your purchase date.
Requirement: To register for the extended warranty, simply upload your Invoice/Proof of Purchase on our website within 30 days.
Important Note on Registration Window: Warranty registration is strictly accepted only within 30 days from the purchase date. Registrations attempted after this period will not be valid for the extended warranty.
2. Coverage Scope (What is Covered and What is Not)
✅ What IS Covered: This warranty covers the Charger Adapter (Charger Head) Only against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If the adapter fails to function due to a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace it.
❌ What is NOT Covered (Exclusions):
Cables & Accessories: Data cables, USB wires, or any other accessories included in combo packs are NOT covered under warranty. The warranty applies solely to the adapter unit.
Physical Damage: Damage caused by drops, impacts, pressure, liquid spillage (water damage), burns, or improper voltage supply.
Misuse & unauthorized repairs: Damage resulting from using the product outside its intended purpose or attempts to open/repair the unit by unauthorized personnel.
Normal Wear and Tear: Minor scratches, discoloration, or looseness of ports due to regular usage over time.
3. How to Claim Warranty
If you face an issue with your product, please follow these steps:
Check your Warranty Status: Ensure your product is within the 6-month standard period, or that you successfully registered for the 9-month premium period.
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team (details below) with the following:
Your full name and contact number.
Proof of Purchase (Invoice/Bill copy).
Your Warranty Reference ID (WID-XXXX), if registered.
A clear description or photo/video of the issue.
Resolution: Our team will verify details. If the claim is valid, we will guide you through the repair or replacement process.
4. Important Terms
Authorized Sellers: This warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from Hespa authorized sellers (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, GoHespa.com, and authorized offline retailers).
Non-Transferable: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Duplicate Claims: Warranty can only be registered once per distinct Order ID.
